The flow of goods from logistical points like Port Elizabeth, JFK, and Laguardia are responsible for delivering products to other distribution centers and inevitably the American consumer. This set of maps is the base for a more complex study to come. This is the tracery of 9 neighborhoods commercial zoning and their ties to Port Elizabeth. This will set up new studies that will begin to reveal some of the urban effects from this logistical infrastructure. There is much to look into, but with the Panama Canal Expansion Project underway, our logistical infrastructures will soon flood,; with this comes new forms of urban consumerism as well as the excess programmatic implications of increased consumerism.
